2022 is a year that has started off with extremely low inventory. It started off with historically low interest rates, a booming stock market, and a confidence score that said, "This economy is humming!" Then the corona virus hit, and the country has become frozen in time. All norms of life have been quickly taken off the table. This is the New Era! And how will real estate react? As the stay at home order relaxes, more and more people will come out and re-engage. Newspapers will print the ebb and flow of today's economic confidence, and the market will react. As of right now, I see a lot of people going back and forth with projections of feast or famine.  How does this affect your confidence in buying or listing your home?   I believe that after you find a house that you love and it is within your budge,t you write an offer that you are comfortable with and present it. And if you are listing your home,  then you list it after seeing the comparable past prices and price yours accordingly.  Thus, while staying safe, you safely invest in your future!
